Elmo Zugwalt

Hello “Treasure Hunt Club” Community, throughout all the posts and pages that I already posted here on my blog, there is really no particular post where I made myself a proper introduction.

Old time members of the community already knows me by the name, “Elmo Zugwalt”. It is a very popular name which means that I am not the only one who is using it. Anyway, I won’t be discussing here my personal details but everything about my involvement in the field of treasure hunting.

When it all did started?

As my younger self in the past, I am always fascinated by breaking codes and puzzles. I really enjoyed solving them especially those that are very challenging where only a few can solve it. The main reason is that, in every codes, decoding it will always reveal unexpected surprises in which what I really enjoy a lot.

So my interest about solving puzzles has evolve into hunting for hidden treasures. Anyone who hides his valuable treasure will always leave markers, clues or a map that will later allow him to recover his items. However, no one would ever want to leave clues or even treasure map that can be easily interpreted by anyone. They have to make it quite puzzling that only they themselves can decode it. But unfortunately, there is always someone who can also figure it out and break the code.

Some of the reasons why people hides their treasures:

1. War

War is one of the main reason why a rich individual would rather bury all of his precious treasures to a certain secret location than to keep it at the bank. So if the war ended and he managed to survive, he can retrieve all his treasure back and continue his life of being a wealthy person.

Unfortunately, wars would usually take a lot of years that the person who hid his treasures dies at an old age or quite too old enough to remember anything from his past.

2. Stolen

If a certain person stole something valuable then it is a common sense that he will surely going to hide it. Bandits robs banks, pirates loves to plunder villages and even soldiers during wars can loot anything they wanted on their newly conquered territory.

However, stolen goods are not always safe in the hands of thieves so hiding them is their best option.

3. Security

All banking firms are not really 100 percent guaranteed secured. This is the reason why there is an insurance that may possibly cover losses if something went wrong. But for those extremely rich individuals, the amount of insurance is far too small for their total worth of money.

So for some wealthy individuals, it is not common for them to hide their treasures.

These three common reasons why people had to hide their treasures offers good opportunities for treasure hunters. But that’s not all. There are also many other valuable treasures that were considered “lost” with very insufficient clues on how to find them. One of them are popular shipwrecks containing tons of undocumented valuable items.

There is really so much challenge to treasure hunting trying to solve or locate a certain valuable object with often very minimal clues. You really have to perceive all the possible angles of the situation in order to derive high probability deductions.

Spent a Lot of Years in Treasure Hunting

With my full interest in treasure hunting, I spent a lot of my time in treasure hunting.

I first started as a treasure hunter in the Philippines. The reason why I have chosen this place to start was because of the Yamashita Treasure. Unlike any other countries, the treasures of Yamashita were hidden during the near end of the recent Second World War which means, the clues and markers aren’t tampered much by nature or time where they can still be encountered all over the place.

It took me a lot of years and some amount of investment so as many learning curves before my team recovered our first small deposit of the Yamashita treasure. But my journey to treasure hunting did not end here, I even invested more on better equipment which allowed my team to achieved more success.

My succeeding projects does not only involve the Yamashita treasure in the Philippines. I also travel around the world in search of other and more interesting hidden treasures.

My First Blog – Treasures and Antiques

The first blog that I created about treasure hunting was the “Treasures and Antiques” hosted by Blogger. My original purpose was to document my journey and share valuable information that I acquired through my actual experiences.

After just several months of blogging, I really never expected to grow such a large number of readers and followers. Comments started to pile-up so as my email inbox accumulates a lot of messages. It really gives me so much pleasure and interests responding to all inquiries.

From Free Blogger Platform to a Self-Hosted WordPress Blog

Some individuals are saying that websites or blog created from free blogging platform such as Blogger don’t seem like legit. Thus, I hired a Web Developer to perform all of the technical stuffs particularly the migration or transfer procedures to a self-hosted WordPress blog. He also currently maintains it except for the written contents which I provide.

I also renamed the old title to “Treasure Hunt Club” which I think is a lot more fitting name for a treasure hunting community.

Imposter Warning for Everyone

At some point, posting your contact details on the Comment Form cannot be avoided especially when you want to reach other people with similar interest. This is often the case when you are looking for a seller, buyer or financier.

The problem here is that, anyone can send messages to those contacts and pretend as Elmo Zugwalt. You have to be warned that currently, I only establish private communication from my FaceBook Page account and nothing else. I no longer open my old email because it is being heavily spammed.

My Future Plans on this Blog

Keep on Providing Useful Contents

I will keep on writing useful articles about treasure hunting and many other related stuffs such as antiques and metal detectors. This also include responding to all comments.

Mentioning about comments including private messages on FB, there are always slight delays on my responses. The community is continuously growing so as the number of inquiries that I have to answer back. This is the main reason why it could take several days before I can send my replies.

Contests

I am planning on doing some give-aways to every lucky members of Treasure Hunt Club Community. Perhaps, I will give-away my second-hand metal detectors or treasure hunting equipment that I no longer use.

Financial Support

If I can see that one’s project has the potential of being successful on recovering the hidden deposit, I will be providing some financial support.

Moreover, the most important of all is to always maintain a good and helpful community.

            GOD Bless Always Jesus

  • It open our eyes how treasure hunting is. Before we are only relying on spiritual which is susceptible to loko-loko. I am thankful to you which give some aspect about treasure hunting. Thanks and more power to you.

  • Thanks for being being generous with your time and effort in reaching out to the beginners. Many TH who became successful just hid all their recoveries and kept quiet, very much afraid of their safety. We have a saying, “Ang hindi marunong lumingon sa kanyang pinaggalingan, ay hindi makakarating sa kanyang patutungohan”. Roughly translated. “Those who don’t look back from where they came from, will not arrive at their destination”.

May God protect you always for being a good man.

    • Thank you very much. Those are really powerful words.

  • Good Day

This is Hone Heke in Mindanao. I have written a book titles “Rough Guide to Treasure Hunting in the Philippines”. Due to a lot of interest, we have been approached by a TV Producer from Nat Geo and Discovery to produce a 13 episode Doc. If you would like to know more, please email me. Best wishes and keep up your good work. Hone

    • Nice interesting book to read. So did they already released the documentary film? I would like to watch it.

  • I come across to your blog and found plenty of interesting facts but I noticed that you are not telling the people what was your common way of finding those gold you recovered.

The most difficult part in TH is load spotting. Treasures are scattered in different load weight and depth that in some areas are surprisingly difficult to differentiate the burial place of the shallow load to extremely deep one by just using a gadget. This is the reason why plenty of treasure hunters in the Philippines are losing their hard earned money because of a single mistake of their guide which is to know where the deep and the shallow one. Most of the time their digging end up in a big deeper load which is impossible to recover without millions in your bank account.

You are right that vault is so difficult to crack open as we already encountered in two separate situations and ended up empty handed after near mishap soil collapse of dig hole. But the most noticeable is the load locations are interestingly in accordance to engineering system burial spots. Every load weight has its particular depth levels that although not identical but in the same range of depths from big to medium to small. That was the Japanese engineering that I discovered.

I noticed also that this classic burial style were almost identical in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

    • Basically, my method of locating hidden deposit is through interpreting signs or markers which is the most crucial technique that every treasure hunters should develop. If you got this skill which can only be acquired through a lot of experience then you will surely have a huge chance of success.

Through experience, you will also be able to develop a skill which will allow you to determine if what you already started digging is positive or not. I have this kind of skill which saves my team from working on the wrong spot. I believe that I already discussed this on one of my old post which is all about identifying “disturbed” from the “non-disturbed” type of soil. So just by checking the condition of the soil alone even without markers, I know when to stop or to keep going.

There are still a lot of many other things that I would really love to share for the whole community about treasure hunting methods. So far, I can say that I only shared 10 percent of my knowledge. So always tune up to this blog.

In my own opinion, I think that the main reason why majority of treasure hunters fail is that, they do not know how to classify or distinguish authentic or man-made signs from those that are naturally made by nature. This is another discussion that I am not yet able to discuss in clear detail.

Moreover, don’t give up and continue learning from your failures.

  • Good day Sir Elmo,

I hope you can help me out interpret JIA marking. A pair of feet pointing to each other whose marked on top of a flat smooth round stone and underneath it is a black round egg shape like stone in the middle. Around that smooth round stone to where those feet are marked there are small sets of stones assembled underneath that goes around with it. In a short distance, there’s another feet marked on a wall-like stone to which the foot is position to the right.

These markings are located beside the river. I do have ideas to which you have thought about the symbol but I hope yo can help me interpret these markings for me to better understand. I hope you can reply sooner.

God bless Sir Elmo. I’ve been a follower for quite some time now.

    • The pair of feet which is based on my understanding from your comment is facing toe-to-toe. This means that the deposit is in the middle or center of something. Maybe, it could be at the center or in-between two old rocks or trees so check for these kinds of objects. Those small sets of stones that are arranged probably has to do something about a certain particular distance or depth. The other feet engraved on the wall means that the area where the hidden item is at the right side of the area.

  • Sir Elmo, I would like to send you some pictures and hope to know your opinion about it. I will send it through your FB.

  • Good day Sir Elmo,

Thank you so much for your kind and generous reply, it will help me more to understand and interpret what it meant based from what you have thought and said. My initial understanding about it is that, the marker denotes on the middle to where the digging spot should be done and since that the marker is toe-to-toe it could meant 10 feet down underground or either the hidden items is on both left and right direction and the small stones around could be the amount of deposit it contains however like what you’ve said, I should check further around the area particularly the trees and old rocks, as for the other marker we have the same interpretation or it could possibly be 5 steps away from the marker. I know its much better to have additional support from a MD to make the job a little bit easier.

I hope that I will be blessed with that tool one of these days. Sir Elmo thanks a million, I am continuously learning a lot from you and your experiences and applied it on the field, I will keep you posted if there’s any development and continue to seek for your advises and guide.

More power to you and your family.

  • Good Day Sir Elmo!

I need some help regarding to what we have discovered recently. We were digging up a hole on our backyard recently when we accidentally encountered a heart – shaped rock with a shallow hole in it. The hole is about half an inch deep and it looks like it was made intentionally or by a man. After a few inches of digging, we now encountered a pyramid shaped rock on the same spot pointing upwards. Thanks and hope for your response.

    • Those are interesting markers that you found. The heart sign means that you are dealing with gold deposits. As for the pyramid, it indicates that you should check the corners because there could be sealed chambers or tunnel entrances.

  • Good day Sir Elmo, I am from Mindanao philippines. We discovered treasure signs but I don’t know the exact meaning of it. 1st sign is X sign w/ dot at the right and letter C w/ 2 holes at both ends engraved in a huge rock. Then, another huge rock beside w/ 2 slanted lines.

    • Those signs indicates that the item is hidden inside the rock somewhere on its side.

  • Sir Elmo, allow me to ask you if you believe in spirits guarding the treasure?

    • I already have a very long and detailed discussion about the answer to your question. Just use the Search Form to find that post.

  • Good day Sir Elmo, I found treasure signs in our farm lot, ·X – An X with a doth on the right portion, and inverted C with 2 dot holes at the tip, all are being carve at the huge rock, where at the right side is another huge rock with a 2 slanted line sign.

I need your help, where is the deposit located Sir?

    • The C with dots at its ends means that the item is enclosed into something. In most cases, the item is inside a big boulder of rock. So I think, the deposit is hidden on that big rock where those signs are marked. The two dots of the C refers to the opposite end of the rock which is where you can recover the item. While for the X with a dot on its right side, it basically tell the same meaning stating that the deposit is on one side corner of the rock. And for the two slanted lines, they are probably directions that when properly angled, it will pinpoint you towards the exact spot of the hidden treasure.

  • Good day Sir Elmo,

We have a mango tree having a 16 ft in circumference, including the emboss part. And also in the pregnant part has a size of 5 ft in length and width. Below it forms a heart shape, and the center of the emboss there is a hard wood vertically put inside in it.

Sir Elmo, we want to send you a picture for your reference but we do not know how.

Sir please help us. How to locate and the proper procedure for the operation? We will look forward to your innermost help, and God bless.

    • The heart shape part of the tree indicates a massive amount of fortune. As for the vertical wood inserted, there could be a give-away inside the body of the tree itself but that’s not what it means, the main deposit is underneath the tree. As you dig, you should be able to recovered more woods which is a part of the inserted wood from the surface. You may be able to recover several of them as you go deeper. The good thing is that, it will lead you to the treasure deposit.

  • Hello Sir good day! At this moment we have already excavated approximately 8 meters, we have found some strange objects before we reach this depth. Pls see below objects or markers that we have found:

1, at approximately 3 mtrs we observed that the soil is already a mixtures of sand and cement and started getting harder, also we observed different smell like diesel gas.

    2. at about 3.5 mtrs we found a mixture of lime stone powder, sand and cement, we also found a piece of broken glass colored brown, charcoals and some small clamps.

    3. at about 6 meters we found some leaves still intact already darken in color but not decomposing and adhered into the concrete soil that looks like a cement. We also found darkened twigs. We found again a piece of broken glass dark brown in color.

    4. at about 7 mtrs we found a substance that looks like an asphalt about 1 inch in thickness more or less, some are soft and some substance are hard. This substance is surrounding the hole descending about 15° from north to south side.

    5. at about 7.5 mtrs we found a very hard rock black in color exactly in a corner on the left side facing south.

    8. We are now at about 8mtrs depth, the soil is getting more harder and concrete smell still the same like diesel gas.

Sir, please kindly help me if we continue to dig, are we on the right spot? Thank you and best regards, awaiting yours.

    • All these signs that you described starting from 3 meters down to 8 meters, they are acting as your guide towards the deposit. So if you suddenly lost it then it means that you went the wrong way.

To answer your question, yes you are digging on the correct spot.

  • Sir. Elmo can I ask for directions on how to order Dexpan in the Philippines? I tried amazon but Dexpan Products don’t seem to ship here in the Philippines.

    • Unfortunately, the bureau of customs have started banning such products from being imported in the Philippines just a few years ago.

  • Hi Sir Elmo,

I have a site in the North of Philippines. I hope I can talk to you for advice.

    TY.

    • Sure, just post about your concern on the comment form.

  • Hello Sir Elmo,

    Hope you’re in great condition.
Since last year, I became like an addict reading and re-reading your blog. So interesting, educational and I find it very entertaining specially to guys who discovered something relevant to YT.

Anyway, I send a message and some pictures to your FB messenger. I hope you can find time to take a look.

Also we dig another hole which is based on: angles, some computation and one discovery. Like what others are saying, they found river stone but ours was mixed with clay. This clay is below the black soil/clay and the smell is like a rotten steel or something. Our digging site is where most of our neighbors install there hoses to get water. That said, I believe any contamination on the soil are somehow been flushed?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Take care and be safe always.

Again, thank you to your generousness.

    • Thanks for appreciating the contents of my blog where you find it education. Although, I haven’t been active lately the reason why I am unable to responds to most comments and messages from my FB.

Anyway, I can say that you are working on a project that is hard to deal with due to the presence of water. The good thing is that, any presence of chemical poison is probably been flushed due to those residential hoses. But still, this does not mean that your site is free from dangerous traps.

As a suggestion, give it a try by digging a few depths. If it happens that you dig at the right spot then it is always important that you should be getting clues or signs as you proceed.

  • Hi Sir Elmo can you tell me the price of Cambodian Gold because we found 12 bars and 4kl each in rice winge escale. Please help us.

    • I really cannot give an actual price because it depends on the interest of the buyers and often does fluctuates.

  • Hi Sir Elmo. Would like to ask about the meaning of symbols our friend saw when they dug before. It was engrave on a round stone. It has a big letter “X” on top and below that are A K < Y which are smaller in size compared to the letter “X”. And the stone was located at the left side of a hole of a hill. The hole has water coming out from it. And the water is whitish clear in color, no odor noted. What does this mean and how do we go about digging or further searching. Thank you very much. By the way, on what FB account can we reach you if we want to PM you?

    • The X mark denotes the item which is hidden somewhere nearby. I already have covered this subject on my previous post. You might want to read it.

As for the other signs, my interpretation is that, the item is hidden “under” something which can be under a huge rock, old tree, or other any other typical objects around the environment. The most interesting part is this, the exact location of the hidden item is at the left side of a certain “intersection”. Since you claim that you found the rock with these symbols on it, my guess is that, the intersection is probably a tunnel.

      • SIR ELMO, This is a follow up of the above post. At a distance of 5 to 8 feet, an oval stone with 2 stones serve as its stand was found pointing to the tunnel entrance. My friend explored the tunnel and he crawled at the entrance portion and he was able to stretch his body at the middle of the tunnel. Inside there is a divider which I think give support to prevent the tunnel to collapse. Inside there is a a sort of falls, which I think the absorbed water from the outside ceiling. The presence of creeks at both sides which meet at the lower portion about 15 feet from the tunnel entrance. The item could be inside the tunnel or at the intersection of the creeks? I suggested to do the digging manually in order to monitor more possible signs. Please interpret the additional sign pointing to the entrance hole. Thank you very much for your prompt reply.

        • At your current situation, you are just doing the right thing which is conducting further exploration around the tunnel. Tell your friend to be very observant about any possible signs especially on every intersections. It’s because the JIA often does leave markings on intersections as a guide on which is the correct path to follow. On some cases, the intersection can also be the location of the deposit itself. If you are curious to know why the JIA loves to hid their treasures on intersections, it is actually not the most obvious place for them to hide something.

  • Good evening Sir Elmo. I wanted to know what is the meaning of three round holes forming a triangle on a flat rock near a very big and old mango tree.

There is also an old Japanese who keep on coming to our mango tree and he will spend a lot of time walking around the tree like he is measuring something.

    • Those three holes on the surface of the rock means that the item is hidden in one of the corners of the markers. Since you mentioned about the existence of one big old mango tree, it is actually one of the markers. Thus, there should be other two more markers around which can be in the form of another old trees or huge rocks.

As for the old Japanese man, he is indeed conducting some measurements because almost every triangle signs found on the surface have something to do with distances. He might be measuring some distance through the number of his steps.

  • Additional question Sir Elmo. I have a flat metal given to me by an old friend from the mountain. He said that he found the metal along the river while gathering sand. The metal is about 1 inch thick and measures around 18 inches by 15 inches approximately. It weighs more that a hundred kilo. Two persons would have a hard time lifting it. Very hard and non magnetic. I tried to cut it using acetylene but it would not melt. May I know what is this metal.

You can contact me on my email. or just give me your fb so that I can send you pictures.

    • Base on your description, that kind of metal seems like an extremely rare kind of metal. Anyway, such kind of metal cannot be easily identified by simply looking at its photos or even performing traditional tests like what you did. It has to undergo metal testing equipment used by metallurgist. But when it comes to gold, it is another different story.

  • Hi Sir Elmo, I have found a rock that is shape like a frog with numbers and arrow located at the top head of a rock that looks like a frog with an arrow that form a letter inverted L above the numbers 457.

Please help me Sir Elmo to know the meaning and I am really sure that there is a treasure but I have no idea where to locate the exact location of the treasure. Please help me Sir Elmo.

    • I already have a post about the turtle sign, you may want to read it.

  • Hi Sir Elmo good day to you, my name is Angelo from Philippines. Can you help me for reading the Japanese treasure sign that I have found, I found a cave on mountain, 10 feet from the ground I need to climb to get the entrance of cave. Then at entrance there is a stone if you set on the stone you can see a hallow stone triangle form.

Looking straight inside you can see again a hallow yellow cement in circle form beside a circle sign is a circle room I start digging the hard floor of room I found triangle stone has a dot in the center. When we rich digging the center diameter of floor I saw a rectangle shape hole inside the flooring. I doubt because near entrance there is separate small hole maybe 8 inches diameter going to under the floor of room, so my question are we continue digging at floor or we will follow digging the hole near entrance, can I get your Facebook account? please help me thank you.

    • You can find the link to my FaceBook page on the right side navigation. You can private message me there if you want a private conversation with me. Anyway, I suggest digging the part with a rectangle shape hole.

  • Good day Sir Elmo,

We found some sign inside the cave. One big plain triangle in the center of two small triangle. What does it means in that sign.

    Thank you and God bless.

    • I need to know how these triangles are arranged, I think it would be much better if you can send me a sketch. You can actually send me images through my FaceBook Page which is Treasures and Antiques.

  • Sir Elmo, good day.

Please make posts about water wells. I’ve heard these are forms of JIA treasure reference points. Thank you very much.

    • Sure, I will. It is actually a very interesting topic to cover.

  • Thank you very much Sir. We’ll wait that article about Water Well here. I know very well I’m not the only would benefit it, but many of us. Thank you and may God Bless us all.

  • Sir Elmo,

I’m Ben from Misamis oriental in Mindanao, we conducted a digging for the coconut dryer, but accidentally dig a big stone and formed of lying turtle, and we continued to dig beside the stone turtle. We dig a stone form of frog and the frog have a 6 dots at the stomach side and we observed the big stone in-front of the turtle is the form of vessel or barko. What is the meaning of this? It is possible that hidden treasure is here? Thank you.

    • Basing on those markers that you found, yes the item is hidden around but they are under the water or near a certain source of water.

  • Dear sir Elmo,

I discovered a cement post around 1’ x 1’ x 3’ long at the center of I believe a man-made hill 20’ high. This was discovered when it was leveled to the ground. In addition, there were huge cement blocks under.

At first I never think or idea of Yamashita Treasure. The first sign I saw in a small flat stone was a letter A. This is all I can say for now.

    Thank you.

    • That concrete that you discovered is a marker which means that you need to work on it. As for the A sign symbol, it usually represent gold treasure deposit.

  • Sir, I am very much interested about the diamonds hidden in the huge egg shape rock. It is very similar to the info given to us. Thank you for more verification about it.

    • It’s nice to know.

  • Sir good day to you:

I am also a novice treasure hunter who wanted to improve the lives of my family, if ever hit some treasure, I’m so happy watching your videos, almost all, and I want to ask also some question about my project.

Is it possible that the JIA enclose a treasure in a tree?

I’m on a tree one day, just curious what is up on the tree between the trunks, I am cleaning some rotten leaves then I found some broken bottles but I am surprised why deep inside as I continue cleaning there is a hard object like a stone. So I clean further, there is a super hard concrete, 1 foot in diameter, 2 inches thick, very smooth, topping with white cement, the sign around the tree is like a left hand in the east side, a broken triangle in the west side. Thanks Sir.

    • As an amateur, I really suggest that you should invest more of your time learning and avoid taking projects at the moment. As for your question, yes the JIA does store treasures inside large bodies of tree.

What you found are markers, all those objects that you mentioned are interesting signs. If you have a metal detector then it would be easy to know if there is something inside that old tree.

  • Elmo,

A black smoke from 15m after passing several layers of colored soils and a water caused the skin of aches.

    Please reply to my mail.

    Boboy

    • That smoke is a warning sign that you are approaching a poisonous gas trap so you have to be careful.

  • Sir Elmo,

Good day Sir, I am a lone treasure hunter on our own land in Bataan.

I found a sculptured rock with an image of a Japanese character on a side view facing northwest. I set aside this thing then I found another rock with a human image also facing north and it is bombarded with a multiple signs like x and y and arrows pointing north also. I took a picture with this using my CP and it amazed me. I follow the arrow then 5 steps from that I dig for 2 months with a deep of 32 feet only, before that at 2 feet I found 9 limestone with different sizes and shapes like diagonal stone, crown-like stone, a pointed stone, heart shape and etc… But on top of that, the very first thing that makes me excite is the carved code molded on the second rock from the image is a 1 inch size of letter N. with a dot, and behind on it is 91T.

Fast forward, at 10ft a white rock carved with a diamond sign and close to it, is a horse sign sculpted as a ” knight piece” as in chess game facing southeast. Fast forward, at 31ft I found a replica of gold bar carved in a limestone again. At 32 a broken jar…fast forward again stop my lone operation because lack of money.

Sir Elmo I know that this is positive that is why I need your help.

I hope we can be friend on FB and messenger so that I can send you the pictures of the markers and signs. Our location is just near in corregidor island. Thanks for your time Sir.

    Happy treasure hunting!

    • You site is indeed interesting. Don’t worry, you can just set your project aside temporarily. Or, try and search for a much easier to retrieve deposit.

  • I would like to ask for help. So many positive site want to explore but lack of financial support. Please give me an instruction on how to properly and directly communicate with you Sir. Hence I consider myself as an amateur hunter, so I need a tough mentor like you Sir. As I viewed your post Sir I firmly believe that my areas are positive. Need help.

    Thank you.

    • We do not provide financial support because we do prefer to work or operate the site itself when we are interested.

  • Sir good day how I can send photos in your FaceBook, I have so many question in my mind right now. I hope you can help me and my friend hoping for your reply. Thank you and GOD BLESS!

    • Send it to me via PM by using the File Attachment option from the settings.

  • Hi Sir good day!

  • Greetings Sir,

The egg shaped rock that you mention in your video posts maybe is found here in our place, as per description, it is a very big rock that you lie on top of it, But the rock is lying on its side in an east-west orientation. When you’re top of this big rock, it tilts from side to side in a north-south tilt, and 5 or 6 meters east of this rock is a stump of a big Narra tree.(I think, this is not the rock that you’ve been looking.)

Six (6) japs have already visited the place years ago but they were not allowed to explore the place.

Feel free to contact me if this info interests you. Thank you and God bless.

    • Can you give me an estimate to its height and diameter of the top portion?

  • Sir good evening, can you explain to me the different types of footprint sign? Thanks.

    • There are so many of them but I already covered some of them in one of my post. Anyway, I will write about a discussion about this subject later.

  • Human bones wrapped on a cloth with 3 ? attached on it found at almost 3 ft depth. There were also assorted pieces of broken glasses on that same hole. Big flies appeared and the hole become slimy in smell. Is it a positive project? Thanks a lot Sir.

    • Yes, those objects that you found are good markers indicating a good digging spot.

  • Good morning, Sir may I ask how can I contact you privately. I need your help. Hoping for your reply.

    • You can contact me on my email: [email protected] or on my FaceBook Page Account: Treasures and Antiques

  • Good day, Mr. Elmo. Am just curious about what does an “omega” sign found on the surface of a dug tone about the size of a normal head. This stone is brown in color but once broken , the inside is grayish and quite hard. This was found some 30-45 feet North East of a 3 stone markers clustered and dug at 1 meter ( Bird’s Head embossed on a 2″x6″x3″ white marble stone pointing to the north. Snake head ( marble stone) pointing to the east and behind these two markers is a stone with a curve out that I think means / stands for room (I guess). What does all these markers indicate, sir Elmo?

Actually, we dug under the 3 stone markers in 2002 but after almost 3 months, stopped when we reached a grayish “hard like steel” surface as our jackhammer’s blade’s tip is glowing hot and could not even make a dent. Please help me. Thank you.

This area is inside my farm. I am requesting you to join me and resume it if you believe there is “load” here. Please contact me by my email here. Thank you.

    • You have to be careful, there is a poison involve due to the presence of the snake head sign. Anyway, those stone markers seems to be interesting. But I think, it isn’t a stone but an enhance concrete.

  • What is the meaning of tamoshian C4?

    • Is this a marking from a certain old bottle or something?

  • Can you help me to verify my treasure sign that I found?

    • Okay, can you describe the sign that you found.

  • A disturb soil 6ft another 6ft combine of gravel, sand and big stone like head in big another 6ft wax and another six ft thick cemented. What’s next Sir Elmo? Our hole is 6 meters away from the creek.

    • I suggest that you should continue digging.

  • Hi Sir I am a amateur treasure hunter, I read your post and follow all your video. One tree have symbol heart and have 3 hearts one heart are separate and the two hearts will intersect each other. I hope your response Sir thank you.

    • You have to interpret those symbols that you have found on the tree. Read my post about them because I already covered those symbols.

  • Dear Elmo, I would like to keep in touch with so we can possibly make business with you in confidence, please advice me how to contact you so we could discuss my proposal to you.

    Thank you very much.

    • That would be nice, but I really cannot make any guarantee to stay in touch with you because when we go for a hunting project, it would be impossible for me to stay connected with others especially when our project is at remote places.

  • Dear Elmo,

I have been following your videos and I am interested in dealing with you if you will agree. Please advice me how to contact you so we can discuss it in confidence.

    Thank you very much

  • Dear Mr. Elmo Zugwalt,

My name is Gloria, my father named me as such because he said I am lucky. When I was a child my grandparents told me a story of how the Japanese used their house as headquarter during WW2. Even after the war, those Japanese would not stop digging in our lands too, which kept them wondering why. One day I met a Japanese man having therapy with the same doctor as I do. We had a beautiful conversation leading to Yamashita treasure. To make the story short, he was one of those assigned to bury the treasure on a land that the main house they used as headquarters somewhere in my province…wow! What a coincidence, or there is no coincidence so they say…unfortunately, he had cancer and died after 2 yrs I met him. But it was not in vain for he left me the map to the treasure..until now, our family does not know to whom we will trust such big treasure.. Please, I need help..this could help a lot of people ….For the greater glory of God.

    • Can you give a few descriptions on how your treasure map look like? Like, does it have Kanji symbols on it?

  • Hi Sir good PM, can I ask something? What is the interpretation of isosceles triangle cut above the stone with a line after the longest angle of the triangle. I tried to looked if their is any mark na itinuro nya pero wala na po akong Makita.

    • Follow the corner of the isosceles triangle that has the longest angle. Since you claim that there are no any additional markers around then your best digging spot to give a try is right at the side of the triangle’s longest angle corner.

  • Good day Sir Elmo, Can I ask? What is the meaning of the wood bearing triangle shape with the length of 2 feet and wide of 2 feet and height 1.5 feet. Moreover, I am very confused. There is a shallow hole with the depth of 8 inch.

I found this triangle sign buried at the deep of 8 feet below the ground? Please? Help me?

    • It means that you need to pay attention to the corners.

  • Good day Sir, can you please decode a sign in an old jack-fruit tree a triangle sign grave?

    • It means that the area is positive or it has a hidden treasure deposit somewhere around. Thus, what you have to do is to further explore the area for any additional signs or markers that can give some hints and clues.

  • Good day Sir,

Many stories I have heard in my place about treasure hunting in my place. Some says that there were people here who actually found treasures. For my place was a Japanese camp then is it true that hidden treasures were buried here in my place…(mindanao) zamboanga sibugay (del sur)…Thanks and God bless..

    • That is true. Those places that you mentioned are filled with many hidden Yamashita treasure deposits.

  • Good day Sir, I found a sign but we don’t know what it means. There is a big rock and the left side and right side of the rock has a foot print. We dig 3 meters center side of the rock and we found a Big White arrow sign pointing in the big rock. What does the white arrow mean? Help us Sir. Thank you.

    • Try to dig underneath the big rock being pointed but the big white arrow sign. This is only a trial digging to check if it is the correct spot. So if it happens that you uncovered some markers underneath it, then continue digging it.

  • Dear friend,

I hope you can help me with my struggling a mature level and first timer TH. TH experience but with a great hope and passion due to strongly dedicated urges premonition that coming to me and great possibility referring to the location and markings that I have seen, and a story behind it, which is also fed to me as Gen. Yamashita treasure. In connection with my grandfather as a soldier and possibly close allies of then First President of the PH Republic, President Emilio Aguinaldo. And being fellow Cavitenio, I was born and raise along within the place, and I think you know more than me about it. I hope you would understand me and I really wish you could give me spare of your time to respond just once to give you detail. Thank you sir and God bless!

    • That’s an interesting story behind you. Anyway, with the current on-going situation which is the pandemic, it is only possible for me to help by providing the details of the markers that you found on your excavation site.

  • Sir Elmo, what is the meaning of x sign found 6 feet under the ground.

    • Since that is a buried X marker then it means that you simply need to continue digging. However, you need to be extra careful because there might be traps waiting ahead.

  • Sir we found a human face and he has only one eye. He is looking at the top. What is the meaning Sir?

    • It means that the treasure deposit is buried on top of the mountain.

  • Good day Sir. I have found a left foot fingerless with five dots inside. The engrave foot and letter C with two dots at the center of C. Those signs was engrave in a platform rock. What is the meaning of this Sir?

    • There are possible case here. First, you have to carefully inspect that huge rock and look for strange marker. This strange marker should confirm you the spot that you need to break where the items are stored. The second case is that, there is a hidden tunnel entrance nearby.

  • Sir good day and God bless. What’s the meaning of a equilateral triangle sign with a rectangular sign under it engraved 1 inch on a side of a huge rock. Thanks more power Sir.

    • It represents a huge volume of deposit which consists of sealed containers. Thus, expect breaking thick and hard concrete seals.
